Club 45 - ( 4th and 5th Grades)

(Sundays 10:30am - Meets during service in a separate space during the adult message)

This is a group that caters to our 4th and 5th Graders who are ready to transition from Kids Ministry into a more hands-on discipleship and discussion based approach. This pre-teen program works alongside both our Gracekidz and Youth Ministry to help kids during this transition phase between childhood and their teenage years. The goal in this phase is helping kids own their faith and learn some life foundations.

Activate (Junior High Ministry)

Activate is for 6th-8th graders at Word of Grace. We learn about God and His Word in fun and exciting ways. God’s Word is ALIVE and we want to make it come ALIVE to the teens! For 2023-24 we will be working through two specific themes. We will be starting off with our “Commitment to Christ” and a “Call to be Different”. We’re excited to start diving in and for the discussion the teens bring! (Don’t worry, even the quiet ones usually pipe up!)

Wyld-Life(Jr High) / Young Life (Sr High & College)

We encourage our teens from Junior and senior high to engage with a local school district and IUP Young Life groups that meet during the week. While it is not a ministry run through Word of Grace, several leaders and ministry workers are part of the Word of Grace family. Learn more about this at: Indiana Young Life.

Young Life's mission is to introduce middle school, high school, and college students to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. They introduce students to Jesus through Club and Camp and help them grow in their faith through Campaigners. They currently have Young Life at Indiana, United, and River Valley high schools, Young Life College at IUP, and county-wide Wyldlife for middle schoolers! Together, we want to know Jesus, know students, and make Jesus known together in Indiana County!
